The Coronavirus is a significant concern to our country and all over the world. Online.cars is closely monitoring the guidance and information provided by local and regional public health departments, the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO). The health and safety of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance to us.
All vehicles will be completely sanitized upon arrival and departure from our lots. A thorough disinfection of customer contact points including steering wheels, driver and passenger areas, and door knobs will also be completed upon delivery to ensure customer protection.
Will I need to interact with the delivery specialist in person?
Our delivery process allows us to provide you with a “Contactless Delivery”. All of our Delivery Specialists have been trained to do the following:
1. Call you at least 20 minutes out from arrival.
2. Upon arrival, disinfect all contact points in your new vehicle.
3. Place the sealed paperwork on the front seat.
4. Exit the vehicle, distance themselves from the vehicle and then allow you to get inside.
5. Verbally instruct you – at a distance or via phone – what paperwork needs to be signed.
6. Collect the paperwork from a location you deem safe to place it (mailbox, on the porch, etc.)

Our offices are in Loveland, Ohio, just North of Cincinnati, Ohio. Your Vehicle Solution Specialist works here along with our Management Team, our Guest Relations Center and many of our Administrative Team Members. We have a full Service Center that reconditions all of the used vehicles that we purchase for resale. We built this new facility in late 2017 to support the growth of online.cars. Online.cars is wholly-owned by McCluskey Chevrolet, whose main store is located in the Kings’ Automall, just a short few minutes drive away from the online.cars facility.

What is the process for purchasing a vehicle?
Once you engage with us, online or over the phone, you will be assigned your very own Vehicle Solution Specialist. Your Vehicle Solution Specialist will work with you throughout the entire buying/leasing process from answering any questions, helping to pick out the perfect vehicle for you, arranging financing and scheduling deliveries. Besides a few legal forms and finance documents you will sign upon delivery, the entire process will be seamlessly handled online or over the phone with no need for you to leave your home or office.
Yes! You receive all the same vehicle warranties that you would receive if you bought your car at any of our McCluskey Chevrolet Dealership locations.To help extend your peace of mind forever, we provide a fully insured Lifetime Mechanical Warranty at no cost to you. Simply make sure to get your oil changed every 6,000 miles and you will have major mechanical coverage for a lifetime.Our trained Finance and Insurance Team (F&I) will walk you through all the warranties and protections that come with your car or that can be purchased as an add on.
When does the 10 day money back guarantee begin?
Your 10 day money back guarantee, that is offered with every vehicle sold, begins on the day your vehicle is delivered to you. At the time of delivery, you and your delivery driver will verify the odometer reading to make sure you get the full 1,000 miles towards this guarantee.
Does Online.Cars offer GAP coverage?
Yes! We offer Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) with coverage far superior to most. Your personal Finance Manager will explain our GAP coverage in detail and how our coverage compares to others before you finalize your purchase.
What do I do if I need repair or maintenance work done to my vehicle?
McCluskey Chevrolet in Cincinnati, Ohio has one of the best and most respected Service Departments in the area. If it is convenient for you to come to our Dealership, you will get great service at great prices. For your convenience, our Service Department is open until 3:00 a.m. Monday – Thursday and until 6:00 p.m. Friday – Sunday.
We realize that there are buyers from Online.Cars that are not in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and that it may not be convenient for them to come to us. As such, we have partnered with Tire Discounters to handle most, if not all, of your service needs. Tire Discounters is the only Service Provider, other than McCluskey Chevrolet ourselves, that accepts M-Bucks. What are M-Bucks?

What do you charge for delivery?
Nothing! While most delivery companies charge anywhere from $150 to $300 per delivery, Online.Cars provides totally FREE delivery anywhere within a 150 mile radius of our Loveland Headquarters. (A modest charge does apply for deliveries beyond that radius). We want to make sure your experience buying your car online is a memorable one, and do not want to hit you with hidden fees and costs in the process.
Can I pick the vehicle up myself?
Yes! If you would prefer to pick your new vehicle up at our world class facility, we would love the opportunity to meet you and give you a wonderful tour of our state-of-the-art dealership. If I decide to return my vehicle, does Online.Cars charge a pickup fee?

Yes!. We have excellent relationships with over 40 lenders. We specialize in obtaining credit approvals for every customer, no matter their credit score or situation.
What forms of payment does Online.Cars accept?
We accept all standard forms of payment including Cashier Checks and Money orders.
Which financial institutions does Online.Cars work with?
We work with a wide range of lenders – GM Financial, Capital One, Ally, Huntington and Credit Acceptance, just to name a few. Each lender’s guidelines and requirements are slightly different allowing us to customize the best lender for your credit approval needs.
What is the average down payment needed?
