When we deliver your new vehicle, we will pick up the old one. Easy! If your vehicle can’t be driven, we will arrange for our contracted towing company to contact you for a convenient pickup time.

Once you’ve finalized the purchase details, our Logistics Manager will get in touch to get the delivery process underway. No matter if you’re at home or at work, we can deliver to wherever you are. It depends on the delivery location, but in most cases, we can have your vehicle to you within 12-24 hours after the deal has been finalized.
For destinations that are within a 150-mile radius of our headquarters, delivery is absolutely free. If you’re beyond that, then there’s a modest delivery fee. Alternatively, if you want to skip the delivery and pick up the car yourself, you can do that as well at our world-class facility. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your vehicle after it’s delivered, you have either 3 days or 300 miles to return it to us, and online.cars will pick it up free of charge.
